  • Contact Piedmont

    Discuss your options for appliances, installation, timeline and any other information about the project. A Piedmont representative will explain the process for receiving a quote.

  • Receive Quote

    If possible, a Piedmont representative will provide a flat rate quote over the phone on the initial call. The representative will also schedule a time for a technician to perform an on-site estimate and explain what the installation will entail.

  • Work Begins

    Piedmont technician arrives on-site and performs the requested work.

  • Appliance Installed

    You will begin to enjoy the comfort, affordability, reliability and environmental advantages of your new natural gas appliance.
